Tee Ball - Girls and Boys

Tee Ball Baseball is for boys and girls 4-7 years old who want to learn the basic fundamentals of hitting, fielding, and throwing.  In Tee Ball, players hit a ball off of a batting tee. Rules of the game may be varied to accommodate the need for teaching.

The primary goals of Tee Ball are to instruct children in the fundamentals of baseball and allowing them to have fun and to experience the value of teamwork. Although Little League allows up to 20 players on a team, Chet Waggoner maintains team rosters of between 8 - 12 players.  No live pitching is permitted in this division. The diamond used is about 40-foot between bases.

Super Tee Ball - Girls and Boys

Super Tee Ball Baseball is for boys and girls ages 5-7 years old who want to reinforce the fundamentals of hitting and fielding learned in Tee Ball before advancing to Farm League.  In Super Tee Ball, players are pitched up to 5 live pitches from their coach, and if unable to connect, then hit a ball off a batting tee. After the Memorial Day holiday, players can be thrown out at the bases. Chet Waggoner maintains team rosters of between 8 - 12 players.  Rules of the game may be varied to accommodate the need for teaching.

It is preferred that Super Tee Ball players have previously played at least 1 year of regular Tee Ball.  In interest of safety, if a player that signs up for Super Tee Ball is assessed as not able to play at the level of Super Tee Ball, Chet Waggoner reserves the right to move that player back to regular Tee Ball. The diamond used is about 40-foot between bases.
