Step by Step Instructions for Blue Sombrero
If Registered last year (2016)
Go to http://SPORTS.BLUESOMBRERO.COM/CHETWAGGONERLL
- Click Login in upper right hand corner.
- Enter Userid and Password. If you forgot your userid and password, click on "Forgot your Userid or Password?"
- You are now on your My Account page and all participants have now been 'aged' a year in terms of level of play.
- Select each participant and select their desired level of play. Continue and complete the entire registration and volunteer process. (Refer to instructions in next section if needed.)

1st Time Registration - Step by Step Instructions
Go to http://SPORTS.BLUESOMBRERO.COM/CHETWAGGONERLL
- Click Register in upper right corner.
- Enter Parent name, email, userid, and password. Click Create New Account
- Enter all Parent information and optional Secondary Parent/Guardian Information.
- Click Continue at the bottom.
- "Which Best Describes you?" Please click on the appropriate circle.
- I am a parent or guardian registering a participant.
- I am a team coach or other team personnel.
- I am registering myself in an activity.
- "Is the Participant the same as the primary account holder?" Leave as NO.
- Enter all Player information and address. Click Continue OR Add Another Participant if more than one child.
- Click Register for the desired level of play (for each child). Click Continue at the bottom.
- Enter all Additional Participant information. This includes Medical Release details. Click Continue at the bottom.
- Volunteer Selection. Click Signup to complete volunteer information or select check box for "I do not wish to volunteer at this time.". (If you sign up more than one child, there will be an option to volunteer for every division in which a child is registered.)
- Select the Volunteer. Click Continue.
- Enter all Volunteer information. Click Continue.
If you chose to volunteer for more than one division, Blue Sombrero
requires you to enter all information for each division in which you've
volunteered. Sorry for the inconvenience but there is no way around that.
- Review Registration Summary. Click Continue.
- Confirm Payment Information. Click Continue.
- Click Submit Order.
- Read the Order Confirmation Message.
- Review and retain two emails.
- Return to My Account at any time to update information

Instructions for Volunteer Sign-up ONLY
Go to http://SPORTS.BLUESOMBRERO.COM/CHETWAGGONERLL
- Click Register in upper right corner.
- Enter your name, email, userid, and password. Click Create New Account.
- Enter address, phone and other contact information. Click Continue at the bottom.
- "Which Best Describes You?" Please click on the center circle.
- I am a team coach or other team personnel.
- Select 20xx Chet Waggoner (Current Season). Click View Roles.
- Select Sign Up for each division in which you would like to volunteer. Click Continue.
- Select the Volunteer. Click Continue.
- Enter all Volunteer information. Click Continue.
If you chose to volunteer for more than one division, Blue Sombrero
requires you to enter all information for each division in which you've
volunteered. Sorry for the inconvenience, but there is no way around that.
- Return to My Account at any time to update information
