2012 Registration Information

It's registration time for the 2012 Little League season at Chet Waggoner! Please visit the calendar link to view the dates for registration. You may print the registration form and bring it along with you to sign ups.

**At least one parent or legal guardian must be present, with three proofs of residence, and an

original or state-certified copy of the child’s birth certificate. The documents will be inspected

and returned at registration.

Fees for the 2012 season at Chet Waggoner Little League are as follows:

• $100 for the first child registered.
• $45 for each additional child registered.
• This includes $25 in raffle tickets for the spring raffle. You can sell the tickets at $1.00 each to get the $25 back, or turn them in with your name on them.
• $10 off of your registration fee if you purchase 2 smoker tickets at the time of registration during one of the sign-up dates at Mancino's on Portage.

Registration dates: February 4-5, February 25-26, March 3-4, March 24th-25th
Location: Samuel Mancino's on Portage Road
Time: 12:00p.m. to 3:00p.m.
